Can I sell gift cards on Noventa?
Yes. Choose the card, see the current estimate, upload the card and track its review. Your wallet is credited only after the card is approved, exactly once.
What is the USD virtual card?
A dollar virtual card for online payments. You fund it from your naira wallet, and the exchange rate, fees and total are shown before you confirm.
How do I know what happened to a payment?
Every order has a reference and a visible status. Open Transactions or the relevant service to see whether it is processing, completed, failed or reversed.
What happens when a service cannot complete my order?
Noventa keeps the real order state while the outcome is confirmed. Where a full refund applies, it is recorded in your wallet history.
How are payments confirmed?
Purchases use your Noventa wallet and transaction PIN. The final price is confirmed at the time you approve the order.
